Kelvin Yu
AI Fellow, Congressional Track (2023-2024)
Kelvin Yu is doing a congressional fellowship with the House Science subcommittee on Research and Technology (majority staff).
He is passionate about creating greater abundance for the average American through technological innovation. His focus areas include emerging tech R&D strategy, CHIPS+Science implementation, strategic competition, and AI policy. He previously built and scaled multiple venture-backed startups in Silicon Valley as the first engineer and product manager. He also invested in early-stage companies at a venture capital firm and co-founded a non-profit venture fund. Kelvin studied Computer Science and International Relations at Princeton University.
