Based on hundreds of hours of research, our online guide emergingtechpolicy.org provides extensive information and expert advice on public service careers. We also offer a suite of individualized services including career coaching and opportunity notifications.
Our Horizon Fellowship trains and places fully-funded fellows at federal agencies, congressional offices, and think tanks. Our fellows bring deep subject-matter emerging technology expertise and a commitment to public service.
Our events allow attendees to learn about the latest developments and opportunities in emerging technology policy, build their networks and meet experts in their field, and receive advice on pivoting their career toward their areas of interest.
Horizon works with a wide range of civil society partners in pursuing our mission. We are funded solely through philanthropic and individual donations, and do not accept government or corporate funds.
