Jason Green-Lowe

AI Fellow, Executive Branch Track (2023-2024)

Jason Green-Lowe is a fellow in residence at Horizon, awaiting an AI fellowship placement in the executive branch.

Previously, he was a Senior Staff Attorney at Homebase, a consulting firm that helps homeless shelters comply with federal regulations and conduct internal audits. Prior to Homebase, he worked as a product liability attorney, representing plaintiffs who were injured by unsafe bulldozers, cruise ships, and medical devices. Jason is passionate about the intersection of law and data science; he has built machine learning models that predict the fines assessed against nursing homes, the impact of foreign aid on votes in the UN General Assembly, and the prices of homes sold in foreclosure auctions. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Yale College.
